Antique Illustrations by Harold William McCauley
Harold William McCauley (1913–1977) was an illustrator of US pulp magazines in the science fiction field. He was born July 11, 1913 in Chicago. His father was William James Mccauley of Illinois. His mother’s name is unknown and she’s from Illinois. At that time, his father was twenty-two, and worked at a neighborhood distillery, and in the end at the Triannon Ballroom, one of Chicago’s most noteworthy jazz venues. He was raised without formal appropriation by his maternal grandma, Christiana Grace, who had as of late wedded her second spouse, Fred Grace, a mechanical engineer at a piano processing plant. They inhabited 3440 West 47th Street in Chicago.
