Heather McClintock is a documentary photographer based in Los Angeles, New York, and Boone, NC. Raised on a dairy farm in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont, Heather McClintock relocated to NYC to pursue her personal journey through work in prestigious commercial studios. Her Uganda work has garnered several awards and recognition, including most recently being selected for the prestigious Eddie Adam’s Barnstorm Workshop, awarded an artist’s sponsorship by Blue Earth Alliance and receiving the 2006 Center for Photographic Art Artist Project Award. Her work has been exhibited internationally, is included in the collection of the Santa Barbara Museum of Art and several private collections, and is on permanent exhibition at the United Nations Secretariat Building in New York.
